Rationale: - NIP93 didn't get merged, no other client uses it. - Nip68 (Kind 20 events) are considered "High quality posts" in Olas and they land in the user's gallery in Olas anyways. - This gives us a way to have syncronized galleries over multiple clients, NIP93 then is obsolete. - Instead of clicking an image and hitting "add to gallery" with referencing to the original note, this simply references to the the kind 20 event. Kind 20 events can be posted in the multimedia (aka tt/insta) feed, and eventually reposted/quote posted to the regular kind 1 feed. - Additionally, fixes kind20 description not being added to "title" field.
