- Who are our potential audiences?
- What is the size of these potential audiences?
- What level of training do they need?
- Do we want a training that focuses on how CEPC helps W3C achieve certain organizational goals?
- Should part of that training be walking through the detail in the training plan?
- Would DIY, or professional training, be best?
- Example of a self-paced scalable DIY one-hour (55 min) training: Intro and Goals (5 min); CEPC Walkthrough (20 min); Scenarios with interactive questions (20 min); Additional resources (5 min); Recap questions (5 min).
- This could be done the first few times as live interactive sessions to test and refine the materials.
- Could include diverse presenters from different parts of the W3C community.
- How much can we customize outsourced training?
- Can we pull off a DIY training program on this?
- What different training approaches/styles exist and might be suitable?
- Link out to resources such as EverFi and others

- Potential pre-TPAC (pre-Oct 1) goals
- (DONE) Do a training with a pilot test group in early September including representatives of different parts of the W3C community (hosts, countries, WGs, IG, CG, BG, AB, TAG, etc)
- Offer a live and/or recorded session to Chairs+ (and other responsible roles)
