This isn't enough by itself, the product also needs to be "edge" for wpt.fyi to understand the report. I'll send a separate PR for that.

It's OK to land this before the product string has been fixed, it just means the results won't show up on wpt.fyi automatically.

https://dev.azure.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/_build/results?buildId=5605 is a manually triggered build that will hopefully show that this works.

The failure is because /infrastructure/reftest/size-ref.html unexpectedly passed. I've commented on #15159.
