Hi @fedebruni84,

Thank you for the PR. It is interesting how they changed it to something more light specific when the controller is meant to be used for media players.

Hi Xavi,
they rebuilt the E1744 integration because it didn't work well.
Sure enough I had to do several tricks in Home Assistant to get it work properly with media player controllers, but the new integration broke all of them.
I didn't try to fix them because in the meantime I found out ControllerX, much better!
