How to kick a player with Austeritas

This small tutorial will explain how to kick players using the Austeritas web interface. Follow the guide below to learn how to kick players.

Step by step

1. Log in to your Austeritas account.
2. Select "Kick a player" from the dashboard.
3. Enter the player name or select it from the list at the side.
4. You can select the checkbox "Add warning to player". This will add one warning to the player.
5. Submit the request. The player should get kicked.

Important to note!

The kicked player might be able to join immediately again after getting kicked. If you want to temporarily remove the entire access to your server for that specific player, you need to ban them.

Also, if you have automatic banning enabled, the player might rather get banned instead of kicked by the Austeritas system if you did decide to check the "Add warning to player" box, making the player exceed the warning limit. Keep your settings in mind!
