Requirements to run Austeritas on your server
Your server should meet these requirements:
- OS: Ubuntu (tested with LTS 22.04)
- Screen session running the server
- Opened port for Austeritas (port 9002)
- at least 128MB guaranteed RAM
- at least 256MB free storage left
- elevated privileges for installation
- Python version >3.8
- White-/Allowlist enabled on your server
Strongly recommended:
- Public-key authenctication
- Firewall set up, only allowing ports for SSH, 19132, 19133, 9002
- Disabled password auth
- Locked root user
