We had this e2e test for sending a tx twice:

const txHash = rpc.sendTx(tx);
// After a while...
const receipt = rpc.getTxReceipt(txHash);
// receipt.status == MINED

And the status would become DROPPED if we send it again:

const txHash = rpc.sendTx(tx);
// After a while...
const receipt = rpc.getTxReceipt(txHash);
// receipt.status == DROPPED

This test has been broken by this PR #1793. The getTxReceipt api will always return a receipt with status = MINED given the txHash of a tx that's mined. This makes more sense than the previous api, which would actually change the status for the first tx from MINED to DROPPED if we call it again after the second tx is sent.
