Without this, the benchmark preset fails to buid for older version of clang.

I thought the minimal required version was clang16 now 🤔

Oh, hm, well, Bb's presets lag behind the monorepos. I'll update and include in this PR.

This LGTM - I expect this to pass either way since we aren't using the benchmark presets in the CI anyways
