docs: misc docs changes #2416

Addresses miscellaneous issues in the documentation. Building on top of #2408.

Moving some files a bit around
Adding aztec_types.md but haven't linked to it currently as unsure where to put it, @critesjosh might have input here
Adding some notes on mutability
Adding limitations that the dev should care about
Extended the storage a bit, but needs a separate pr for expanding to not pollute too much.
Added the logs oracle to the list of a few useful oracles in functions

Seems like some of the apply suggestion got messed up with line numbers such that the wrong lines were altered 😅. The file is just something I started but never included. can just delete it for now. We can add it meaningfully later 🤷

		## `AztecAddress`
