Motivated by AztecProtocol/barretenberg#669.

This PR updates the safe_uint tests, and adds more documentation to the tests as well as the subtract and operator- class methods. In particular:

  • it fixes TestMinusOperatorUnderflowFails (now named TestMinusOperatorUnderflowFailsGeneral0) to check for a failing constraint through EXPECT_FALSE(composer.check_circuit()) instead of executing without checking anything.
  • it adds new tests to test edge cases and different failure branches where overflow/underflow occur in the operator+, operator*, subtract(), and operator- methods.
  • it adds detailed comments to the subtract() and operator- functions, and the corresponding tests.

trying to be clear about what actually creates it, so I'm not sure about this change

the code tells me it's a constructor already, but it doesn't tell me it create a range constraint in the underlying implementation unless i am familiar with the code

no, i meant that we see it's a constructor and the comment should say what happens under the hood in the constructor, hence my comment :)

had to go back and forth between source file and test file to remind myself what these are, i'd suggest having a description rather than code
