Hotfix includes:

• Bring Add 'source' argument for path to prolog or epilog scripts #2670 that was made required due to Add 'source' argument for path to prolog or epilog scripts slurm-gcp#158 being part of SlurmGCP 6.5.8
• Remove zones from a3mega BP - since they don't work with reservation after Add support for shared reservations #2640
• Bump SlurmGCP version to 6.5.9 to get following fix:
  • Fix enable_external_prolog_epilog slurm-gcp#173
    Also brings along following changes:
  • Add optional resource_policies to the template slurm-gcp#165
  • Sync script files from bucket slurm-gcp#164
  • Major refactoring around hostname and hostlist slurm-gcp#163

• PR-test-slurm-gcp-v6-rocky8 - test completed, failed on destroy, consider passed
• PR-test-ml-gke - should not be effected by this change - ignore
• PR-test-spack-gromacs - collision on deploy, not indicative of a problem but not consider passed
