Survey Choices for Next Features - Please add your suggestions
- https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/1498 - improve the help text
- https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/1500 - small change to change name from CLAW to Islandora 8
-
https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/1502 - issue with thumb nail for a custom block display. The issue is reproducible in the ova.
This could be an issue in loading the view via AJAX. -
https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/1504 - Openseadragon is using http images, and it throws an error.

-
Islandora Workbench (python based) , and a JavaScript based Desktop UI is currently available as a working prototype. The tool uses REST api to communicate with Islandora 8. (Mark/Seth)
-
Zip based upload can be useful for small shops. We would need to standardize on a structure/format.
-
ISLE will support a feature whereby all content changes are staged and a new Drupal image is pushed/deployed to production. (Gavin Morris)
-
For locked down environments, disk mounting could be an option.
-
Bulk ingest/update should be moved to content team, rather than development team.
-
We need to support deployments without command line access, thus we should not assume command line access for batch ingest/update.
-
We would need to support batch update as well.
Danny to look into this issue.
