Migrating from v6.x to v7.x

Migration should be quite straightforward as APIs don't change.
If you have components that you've hacked using your own CSS, they will probably break now, so the only fix is to manually go in and rewrite or remove the modifications.
Check out http://ui.tradeshift.com/dist/components/forms/redesign.html so you know how your forms should look after migrating.
