Migrating from v8.x to v9.x

The StatusBar has been replaced with the [Footer] which supports much the same features, so please update your code. The old API can still be found in the codebase (where we now simply proxy all method calls to the Footer), but it will not be kept around forever. Finally, be aware the the TopBar, TabBar and ToolBar will become deprated and replaced with the Header in the not so distant future.
As always, don't forget to check the Issues and Releases pages for the most up-to-date info.
