Feature details:
Feature will allow the CSM authorization proxy server to become scalable and enable high availability/site resiliency. The solution will also be easily deployed using GitOps automation. All changes to the deployment methods Helm/CSM Operator are updated. The solution should be OpenShift compatible. CSM Authorization will remove dependence on persistent storage for the proxy server.
CSM Authorization to support snapshots and quota management pertaining to snapshots as decided upon.
