Description
Moves execution of the debugger REPL to its own thread.
Problem
In order for the debugger core to be interoperable with JS runtimes, we need to adapt its interface to mostly
asyncfunctions wherever a foreign call might be involved.This change runs the debugger REPL in a top level async block in preparation for that refactor.
