For the record Joe pointed out that once "XCM v3 and probably SPREE/XCMP" land then maybe we can revisit collectives and rather than use teleports we could use reserve asset transfers that would require the chain to have less trust. |

Collectives parachain is getting onboarded in westend network.
Collectives parachain runtime must be able to teleport assets to the relay chain.
The slashed assets of the member of alliance gets teleported to the relay chain treasury.
