APG 1.1 release 3 plan

• The APG 1.1 release 3 plan currently has 16 major objectives.
• There is more in the plan than the TF can deliver at current pace.
• Discuss:
  • Prioritization? Especially bugs and feedback vs new content.
  • How to increase pace?
  • How to maximize meeting time?
