feat: Add Aztec Boxes page to docs

This PR adds a new page to the Getting Started section of the developer docs about the Aztec Boxes. It goes through the basic "blank" box to explain the basics.

It also makes some edits and formatting updates to a few pages.

Waiting on a few updates to the blank box from @dan-aztec.

Also considering updating the Sandbox getting started guide to use the private-token box to reduce amount of copy+paste required--although may be more confusing than helpful given the amount of extra stuff included in the box.

Closes #2314.

just tested with 0.8.7 and the blank box is giving me a bunch of React boilerplate. I am chatting with Dan to figure out why

Detailed results

All benchmarks are run on txs on the Benchmarking contract on the repository. Each tx consists of a batch call to create_note and increment_balance, which guarantees that each tx has a private call, a nested private call, a public call, and a nested public call, as well as an emitted private note, an unencrypted log, and public storage read and write.

This benchmark source data is available in JSON format on S3 here.

Values are compared against data from master at commit a1592fdc and shown if the difference exceeds 1%.
