- Interest Group and Code of Conduct Committee Updates
- Not many interest group updates.
- MIG: Starting a project of improving the citations (through Citation Select module) - editing mapping, fields, sample data.
- DIG met this Wednesday. Looking at actionable ways to improve docs. Jessica Colati is drafting a survey to find documentation that is already "out there" in the community and interest people in contributing. Will make this available through multiple channels including Islandora Camp.
- IR: J. Colati met with S. Goldstein to collaborate ahead of the official meeting (and will continue to do so). Ideally, J. Colati and S. Goldstein represent DGI and BD to share work for clients relating to IR functionality, coordinating with IR IG to bring features to the community. Working on a high-level roadmap for features and a pathway for their contribution.
- The CoC Committee had some plans for getting some stuff done before the camp; looking to complete those preparations.
- Islandora Events: Islandora Camp March 20-21
- Amy (and others) working on logistics of being around for the Camp
- Rosie likely to be on strike, may prepare material in advance.

- Nothing from TAG. Met this week, just discussed some open problems
- LG considering a membership level below $2000. Individual institutions may be able to contribute this way.
- Future joint meetings with LG? How often? We have business that isn't for LG (open meeting scheduling, in particular). Every 3-4 meetings? Would like to work on defining goals and roadmaps (for community and for platforms) - needs to be collaborative with LG and transparent to the community.
- Any final feedback on Islandora Ambassador Program materials?
- Suggestion for "not doing enough as an ambassador" to be monitored by an actual person, not the CoC committee.
- Can we define the responsibilities a little more? And "history" - how much is required?
- Document doesn't describe a "point person" or someone who Ambassadors can go to with questions. That would be good to have.
- Proposal for having a "vetting" process with a modicum of friction in order to prevent abuse, as has happened in neighbouring communities (Samvera).
- Would like to discuss with Kirsta in person (at next ICC?) to help work through solutions.
- Kirsta trying to roll this out at the Camp - giving us only a week. We would support the principle of this program on the 20th.

- Sounds like it could be under the ICC purview.
- Tie in with Open meetings - maybe increase more IG contribution (which has been sparse so far).
- The ICC would release a newsletter? Sounds more appropriate for the Intern. We can help make sure there's content (helping by organizing the Open Meeting) - would probably fall to a small number of people, we think that this would be better assigned to the Intern. Maybe have more "informal conversations about topic X" to pull more interested people in.
- Work on LG about scope and purpose - what kind of engagement do you want it to do? Can be a lot of work including lots of coordination between people. While there are tools for this, what are the desired outcomes?
- How do we want to do the outreach for pulling people into the Open Meeting discussions? Would this meet some of the need (advertisement before the fact) to get more people into the conversation? That would be better than a recap.

- Nicole S. from Vassar willing to do a presentation on their site.
- Content-based approaches for next few meetings? Come show off your collections in this particular area - see a variety of participation and approaches. Low pressure on each presenter.
- As part or adjunct to Open Meeting, partner with MIG and Rebecca for a "Metadata Coffee Talk" - random questions on a less-formal-than-MIG basis. Building on Coffee Talk.

- Do we / can we have a forum for showing off exemplary handling of certain content types? Responses have been limited. Can we share upcoming info, and use the meeting announcements to also ask for more ideas?
