I kept looking at this code, and I have a hunch that this sort of thing is better off in an overload of CertificateStoreUtilities.GetTrustedCertificateStoreLocation() that allows you to do CertificateStoreUtilities.GetTrustedCertificateStoreLocation(readOnly: true) instead, and hide the StoreLocation logic behind that method, as it did before. What do you think of that approach?

Details: This test failed in Linux because Store Location was set to
CurrentUser\Rootwhere as in Windows and Mac it was set toLocalMachine\Root. In Linux environmentCurrentUser\Rootreturned 0 certificates matching specified criteria causing test failure. As per doc,LocalMachine\RootthrowsCryptographic ExceptioninLinuxwhen X509 Store is opened inReadWritemode.Modified Store Location to
