Image Output Page

PS has a feature to view labels overlayed on the image and helps users visualize better. If some labels need fine tuning, user has an option to simply right click and switch the label to the desired label, and it will be saved. Once the image is refreshed the annotations will be redrawn.

User also has an option to view all the patch_ids by choosing the View Patch_ids option

1.View Annotations

This would show user groundtruth labels overlayed on the image. If user has not assigned any groundtruth labels, the annotation will be shown in black indicating unlabelled data.

2.View Predictions

This would show user model predicted labels overlayed on the image.

Note : User can fine tune labels from either View Predictions or View Annotations, the updates will reflect in both actions on refresh of image. Once groundtruth is assigned to an cell/object its predicted label value is overwritted by groundtruth value.
