Apart of #20977

To prep for updating changes with cy.session to use the new command group API, I will be doing some refactoring to ensure a clean review. I will be putting out incremental PRs to keep these reviews/changes small.

This PR adds some (not all) internal-types for sessions.

Cypress developer can clearly see what types are supported in sessions.
