…llow valudes 1-51 inclusively to be passed in

Additional details

Only allows valid CRF values 1-51 (inclusively) to be passed into the videoCompression config option. Additionally, allows for true to be an option for videoCompression, which defaults to 32 CRF when compression the video recording. 0 or false can be used to disable compression.

Steps to test

How has the user experience changed?

I think the 1-51 inclusively is a "possibly" bugfix, but this seems more like a chore?

I would expect mapping true to 32 to be handled configuration package. Is there a reason we can't accomplish this there vs overriding here?

By overriding this options, does it impact the configuration value reported at the end of the spec/run or is this only piping into the video compression? Does this alter the compression value logged to the terminal when videoCompression= true?

I'm not super familiar with us coercing values in the config package and not sure there is a place to do it. Any ideas?

By overriding this options, does it impact the configuration value reported at the end of the spec/run or is this only piping into the video compression?

It should only impact the option set inside compressRecording since we create the object that is passed in. Since this is a boolean or a number and not an object, the ref change should happen by value and not reference.

Does this alter the compression value logged to the terminal when videoCompression= true?

if videoCompression= true it should log 'Compressing to 32 CRF' to the terminal

0 is still a valid number for CRF, we just don't compress the video since a CRF of 0 is essentially a non compressed video

I think its better to be explicit that this disabled compression even if it is a valid CRF value. If I didn't have context, I'd expect 0 to compress since false is called out to prevent compression.

I think I got this added in 53a07c9

* The quality setting for the video compression, in Constant Rate Factor (CRF).
* The value can be false to disable compression.
* The value of true can use the default CRF of 32.
* A number between 0 and 51, where a lower value results in better quality (at the expense of a higher file size).

This is where I am unsure. We don't compress the video if CRF is 0 but its the same thing as compressing a video with 0 CRF. Is this just going to be confusing?
