IHM Meeting Summary Jan 4, 2018

Attended by Ben Webb and Brinda Vallat

  1. We discussed the submission of the structure of the entire Nuclear Pore Complex to PDB-Dev. This may require updates to the dictionary to incorporate information derived from Proteomics experiments and definitions of symmetry operations. Obtaining all the data on Github is the rate limiting step.

  2. The IHM dictionary paper is under review and so are the grant proposals.

  3. The next meeting will be on Friday, January 12th 2018, at 12:00 PM Eastern time.
