• Finish https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/issues/389 (Replace MessageSync and ReplySync with a download-and-decrypt job)

  • Meeting with Jen on moving 5-minute metadata sync to its own queue to trigger download-and-decrypt jobs

  • For now, trigger job every 5 minutes like we currently do
