Release update:
- We now have 1.1.0-rc3 packages
- Major issue fixed: Python3 virtualenv fix for Debian Buster (if previously generated in Tails3). #4914 (also #4920, fixed this morning)
- Need to discuss if we should push the ossec upstream debian packages to our repo or not.
- Proposed policy: do not clobber OSSEC upstream .debs in our repo
- Jen to update RM guide, Conor to update GDoc for apt server update
- Erin reports Slovak reviewer ready to go. May in fact make it into 1.1.0.

- Need to follow-up with Mickael about our idea to start checking for the raw device /dev/sda vs /dev/sda1 when checking that the device is plugged in and then later when doing luks decryption
