Screenshots

Screenshots can be acquired manually during gameplay or found on the official game page. Sometimes the company or publisher can have a page about the game on their website as well.

The current limit is 20 pictures.

• Make sure that the screenshots are of high quality.
• There should be no 3rd party watermarks on the images.
• Screenshots with explicit nudity and sexual content are not allowed.
• Make sure that the screenshots comes from the original game with the original graphics.
• We prefer clean screenshots over text-heavy marketing materials. Marketing visuals for mobile games are a good example. If nothing else is available, a logo on the side of a screenshot is OK as long as it's small.
• We do not want fan-translated screenshots. If a game was only released in one country (for example, Japan), with a fan-translation later released in the west, we prefer the official images with Japanese text.

Short image description

• A good description is short and easy to understand even by a person who has not played the game.
• Animated gifs: Please be aware that we do not support animated gifs/images. If you upload a contribution that includes animated images, those will be removed and that might result in an empty-looking game page.
