Release note

This major release brings:

• Kusama CC2 support. You can now create offline accounts and sign any extrinsic with Parity Signer using compatible application (e.g Polkadot-js apps or Polkadot-js extension. Check our the tutorial on our wiki.
• Universal Offline Signature (aka UOS) support to generate efficient QR codes
• Many other enhancements such as clearer buttons, identicon refresh ability at account creation for you to find one that you like best, enhanced font consistency across the app...
