Project Meeting 2020.09.10

Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

• Team working on the Zephyr Transport ActivitySim Learning Session scheduled for 9/14
• I'll send a software prerequisites email to Elizabeth and suggest we advertise via TMIP and Zephyr list
• Released v0.9.5 (website, GitHub release, pypi/pip) with all work to date except support for multiple zone systems
• Working with Clint to create revised PR #342 with some minor updates for ARC deployment
• RFP for bench procurement expected to be released next week
• No need to hold on executing the Phase 6a amendment so I'll check on the status with Bill/AMPO

Task 2 Strategic Planning (milestone)

• All comments now in for the multiple regions section of the draft strategic development and contribution plan
• Having the option (as opposed to it being required) to add your region, appears to be a good compromise
• I'm going to discuss comments with Joe and then revise ahead of next week's call

Task 10 Support for Three Zone Systems and TVPB (milestone)

• Now saving the boarding tap, path set, and alighting tap selected so the data can be written out later
• Working on adding tracing
• Are we also writing otaz and dtaz in addition to omaz and dmaz?
• Lisa working on the Marin TM2 data transformation
• MTC doesn't have a TM2 setup so I'll check with Joel in case we do
• In the meantime, we'll process Marin since we need to get our example together by next week
• If Jeff is on hold for a few days, then we can get started on the 6a complete estimation mode task, pending Bill's response
