Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

Admin
- IRFP coming soon
- Joe and AMPO will tomorrow discuss setting up the GitHub resources and other admin topics
- We'll plan to do both an AMPO annual conference and technical conference workshop if possible
- For the annual conference, the focus will be more high level
- Nothing ActivitySim related was submitted for TRB PA
Release
- Pushed to master, next step post to pypi later today, and also release popsim update
- Need to add number of zones to example_sandag
Future improvement
- We should think about a better way to manage model specifications moving forward
- This is outside the current scope, but as we build new submodels like transit pass ownership, we should figure out a good way to share / document / manage the model designs. Most work to date has been largely transferring existing designs/ideas
- Including documentation of data needs, where data came from for estimation, model development process, final results of what developed, etc.
- We're talking model documentation rather than user's guide (which is really more consistent with what we have today)
- In essence, how to build an ABM from the beginning
- I'll add an issue for this
Sandag update
- Sandag has similar runtimes with experimental model as compared to existing model
- We brainstormed several ideas for performance that I'll share via an issue

Transit pass subsidy and pass ownership models coded
Need to create example treatments in mode choice next and create transit pass model design doc
Let's add a geography related use case, and student, youth, senior
Joe added some comments to the doc
