Discussed getting started on the larch integration with new team member Jeff Newman, CS
We added Jeff to this amendment to help with the Complete Estimation Mode task

Comments on the updated version of the plan
I added the optional test system paragraph, development roadmap, and tiered support
Related to Maintaining support for multiple model implementations:
- Be more specific and provide examples for the exposing sections; what you would do in your region; add more proof
- Its not a user guide though, it is more high level, so we need to strike the right balance
- Move test system specifics afterwards since it supports the approach but isn't the approach
Can partners take more ownership of this document?
- This will be a living document and having time to think things over and improve this over time has been helpful
- Both partners and consultants will contribute to it over time
- We should be more explicit about versioning this document
- @Alex and @Joe to discuss the current text, partner ownership, and setup time for partners to discuss
- @Bill to review
- No major revisions by me while it sits with Alex/Joe
Related to Tiered Support:
- Three tiers - explicit support task for partners, smaller support only contract through AMPO, and just a time and materials type invoice
- What would be routed through AMPO? This may require a lot of work.
- Another idea is for third-parties to provide support like RedHat Linux for the Linux community

Marin example now running
Starting on performance tuning / pre-computing / caching
We need a better description of current memory usage for the example model to help understand these memory issues
I'll put together a graphic of memory usage for the main process, the skims, for each multiprocess process, etc. for discussion

Starting on CDAP estimation larch notebook
We're doing two major things in this task - adding estimation writers for trip models and adding more notebooks
