General Admin

• Summary of members-only Meeting
  • Payment status - have most but not all payments from agencies
  • MWCOG Director discussed meeting with AMPO
  • Briefly discussed ideas for Phase 10a
• WSP is now under contract for Telecommuting enhancement task
• Call for ideas and priorities on Phase 10A
  • Will put together set of tasks within about one month

Admin Transition

• MPO directors discussed w/ AMPO whether we can stay w/ AMPO on September 10th
  • AMPO asked to table discussions until after AMPO conference is over
• Consortium will go through various tasks that Admin agency vs. Consortium is undertaking
  • Joe and Alex is leading this task
  • Reach out to Joe if access to task list is desired
• Need to make a decision within the next 2 months

Technical Updates

• Follow-up on Estimation improvements discussion
  • Synthetic vs Real dataset
    • Original plan
      • Develop using MTC data
      • Test on SANDAG model
    • Can spin-off larger synthetic dataset, off of full scale
      • This will help with test scaling of estimation mode
  • Agencies who have tested estimation, reach out to RSG with issues that they should test
  • ActivitySim estimation mode requires all household and person trips to be formatted in a specific way
