- Everyone (contractor or consortium member) is free to add issues to the Phase 9 work project, if you think there is something that needs to be addressed urgently. People can either tag existing issues to the project or create new ones. Focus and prioritizing on performance issues or usability (especially if it relates to performance). These should be known issues, not new features/capabilities. Focus on making what we have work better. Folks can also email Jeff if they don't want to do it via GitHub.
- Input checker PR has been merged
- Documentation PR is close to merging
- Data Type Optimization PR is still wrapping up a few commits and should be done within days
- By next week, should have all commits merged. There’s a few small things to do and then will package up a new release.
- Created a project that’s linked both under the ActivitySim repo itself and linked to the wiki

- Before Tuesday, Jeff will review all issues on the Project and merge duplicates, if they exist, and organize.
- Next step is to prioritize things that need to be looked into first.
- For things that aren’t likely to be done as part of this work, Jeff will discuss with the original issue creator. If there is disagreement, it can be taken to the larger group meeting for further discussion.

- Next steps:
- For the next few days – closing out Phase 8.
- Then, in parallel:
- Benchmark the one-zone canonical example (MTC).
- RSG is leading the BayDAG PRs and merging to create the two-zone canonical example.
- Is there a scheme to review and evaluate things as results start to come through? How will that information exchange be done?
- Everything will be on Github. For example, an open issue is: What is the performance of the MTC one-zone model. The issue will grow with comments that can include results from the different contractors' model runs.
- Is there some way, for this effort, to access the interactive dashboards that Sijia has created in the past?
- Sijia can provide the scripts to be incorporated into each bench contractor’s work flow.
- Everyone can run the scripts, send their files to Sijia, and she can combine into a unified workbook.
- Sijia can make the Tableau dashboard public for those that may want to dig into the data.
- What can we present on?
- What is ActivitySim and who/how are people using it?
- Phase 8 work plus some Phase 9 optimization work
- Implementation updates
- Figure out who will be attending and then decide what to present
- MWCOG will likely be going
