  • AMPO Foundation Newsletter
    • Would like to include relevant updates on ActivitySim
    • Updates on platform and updates on how ActivitySim is being used
    • Joe will e-mail group to get input to the newsletter

  • No update from AMPO on willingness to continue hosting AcitivySim
    • Sign that AMPO does not have any enthusiasm for continuing relationship
    • Joe is assuming this won't be an option and looking seriously at other options at this time
  • TTI and ITE have been very responsive
    • How much would it cost?
      • TTI did not provide a clear answer, conversation on-going
      • ITE said costs would be consistent w/ estimated Admin costs (10-~15% range)
    • Both agencies said they have history of managing projects with long durations
      • ITE suggested doing a short term agreement first to make sure it is working out before entering a longer term agreement
    • Expected level of involvement in Consortium beyond Admin
      • Both agencies are very interested in contributing whether through members/staff, but neither would insist on taking the reigns to drive direction
      • Joe thinks their is potential opportunities with this type of contribution, but also potential risks
    • Decision-making authority
      • Both agencies didn't give clear answers
    • How long to get set-up?
      • TTI is researching answer
      • ITE said a few months shouldn't be a concern
    • No answers suggest they should be disqualified; so they remain on short-list
    • Joe will provide Q&A of discussions
  • Joe will create a simplified table with narrowed down 4-6 options that includes Q&A
    • Joe will e-mail Question list to AMPO to fill in
    • Joe will get more clarity from TTI on some of the answers

  • Next Tuesday is a technical focused discussion on Phase 10A scoping
    • consortium members are optional
    • consultants focused on technical contributions must attend
