Q & A
There seems to be a lot of confusion of what it means to be a free person in this world. If you're not in a free society, go make it so -- a determined, righteous person can conquer anything. You, like everybody else, should have as much freedom as you and they are willing to take responsibility for. Anything else is either someone else's desire for power or abusive to yourself. The soul takes care of issues of life and death.
Q: When is okay (i.e. "lawful") for a police officer to assault you?
A: When you are threatening a person(s) or (if they warned you first) property. The only other time they can take you down is when they want to arrest you, but you don't comply. If they don't want to hand you a ticket, you're free to go. It is up to them to do "investigations" on their own time, not yours. An officer can always write a ticket and walk away, even if they don't have a name. However, unless you think you're being harassed (often enough), you should offer your identification, otherwise it could be considered contempt of the (your own) Law.
Q: When do you need to show a police officer your driver's license?
A: When you are driving a car. It says so right on the card. It is to make sure you have been qualified to operate a potentially lethal machine on public roads. At other times, when they tell or show you their identification. It's called reciprocity, since we'll all equal under the Law, I can question you too.
Everyone is equal under the Law, in America. An officer has some leeway in going over the Law, but only in defense of other citizens or property. Note such behavior, where you may need them in Court. Cars, for example, don't have feelings and cannot be aggrieved.
Q: How long do you have to talk to cops when they want to talk to you?
A: Zero minutes. If they have a charge against you, they can question you to the limits of your rights to a fair trial and no cruel or unusual punishments. They can also haul you in, if they fear you're a flight risk (i.e. that you won't show up to trial). If you're not a flight risk, you can counter charge them with damages for time away (from family, your job, or anything else)-- even if you've been found guilty in Court for a crime. According to the Miranda ruling, you do not have to speak to them. You can wait until Court, if you wish. Just make sure you get a hearing and a Court date. In America you have freedom and order, a delicate tension which needs to be brought into balance. Welcome to Fight Club.
Q: Is the world insane?
A: The world is insane as diagnosed by criteria in the DSM -- the only manual in psychiatry for diagnosing such conditions. There at least several illnesses that can be given to places like the "United" States, besides the more obvious one: psychosis. It shows signs of schizophrenia at the federal level with a so-called Department of Justice in the Executive Branch (the Judicial Branch is the official Branch for Justice). It also seems to be paranoid about it's own citizens and installs surveillance cameras on every corner instead of just talking to people and leading.
Q: I need to eat. I'm broke. What do I do?
A: Do what any human being should do: take some basic food, since land has been deprived from you (where you could have grown your own). No one made the food from Nature. The input from the farmer/shipper/grocer once you include the subsidy from gasoline, the true value of land, and the fossil fuel they're using to show it to you on their shelves, is less than 10%. Yes, this is called the "five-finger discount" -- it's just the cost of not making a society for the People. They can handle it and they know it. They also know that every one needs to eat and sleep and they haven't done jack shit to fix their country. America was founded by radicals who made the Revolution based on declaring the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. So, remember that.
Q: Do masks help keep you from diseases?
A: No. While you may delay the onset of the various diseases in your social eco-system, the only way to avoid them fully is to cure your society. Welcome to the Fight Club.
